Inferred values are not scores chosen by the original authors and are not displayed as individual user ratings. Read the sources and sample size alongside the signal. The Would Recommend percentage uses direct user responses.

Yes. Accounts keep reviews tied to real users, enable delete/like controls, and reduce spam.
Yes. Search from the "Rate" flow; if nothing matches, submit a request with the name, category, and short description. Requested entries are reviewed before they appear publicly.
